URC offers a complete range of kits for Westinghouse & Alpena circuit breakers. Many of the newer style DS breakers are also manufactured under the Square D and Cutler-Hammer names and may be labeled DSL, DS-II or DSL-II circuit breakers. On older style DS breakers, with the I-Tector or Amptector trip unit still in place, the AC-PRO trip unit will operate the original OEM actuator, thereby saving cost and retrofit time. Kits for newer DS and DSII circuit breakers equipped with a DigiTrip RMS trip units, include a new actuator. DA, DB and DK style breaker were originally equipped with series overload trip coils which are also refered to as electro-mechanical trip devices or oil dashpots. |
